A can of sweet peas at the local grocery store has a radius of one inch and a height of two inches. How much paper is used for the label on the can of peas?

    Lateral surface area of cylinder is 2πR * h

    R radius = 1 inch,

    h height = 2 inch

    2*π*1 * 2=4π=12.57 inch²
