    It's an all around the year thing with them being able to get new eggs in just 10 days after the previous batch. That's why it is common for pigeon breeders to use wooden eggs because then they don't make new ones but rather sit on those for a couple of weeks. It is common to separate males from females at least 3 months yearly because the doves can die from too many eggs.
