Find four consecutive even integers such that 2 times the sum of the first and second is 14 more than 3 times the fourth.

    Let the first integer be x, then:-

    2 (x + x + 2) = 3 (x + 6) + 14

    4x + 4 = 3x + 18 + 14

    x = 18 + 14 - 4 = 28

    the four integers are 28,30,32 and 34.
