Describe how equality and congruence are used to describe two line segments and their lengths

    Equality in line segment means that the two (or more) segments being compared are exactly the same length. Congruence means that the two line segments are exactly the same. Two segments do not have to be congruent because they are equal; one could be vertical and the other could be diagonal.
