Imagine that you own a car that runs on alcohol made from corn that you grow. You drive your car about 15,000 miles in a year, and you get 250 gallons of alcohol from each acre of corn that you process. If your car gets 20 mi/gal, how many acres of corn would you have to grow to fuel your car for a car?

    So, said you drive your car 15,000m/year and you produce 250 gallon from each acre of corn you grow, your car use 1 gallon per 20miles.

    15,000 m/year

    250 gallons = 1 acee

    20 Mile = 1 gallon

    Total gallon = 15,000/20

    Total gallon = 750

    Since 1 acre is 250 gallons.

    Total acre = 750/250

    Total acre = 3

    You need to have 3 acre to go 15,000 m/year.
