    Given:

    Width = 2 ft

    Parallel bases: 4 ft and 6 ft.

    The area is (1/2) (Sum of the bases) x Width.

    Therefore the area is

    A = (1/2) * (4 + 6) * 2

    = (1/2) * 10*2

    = 10 ft²

    Answer: 10 ft²
