    TO find the answer, first you have to find the formula for volume of a cone-

    The formula is

    V = 1/3 times base times height

    So V = (1/3) (pi3^2) (12)

    V = 113.04

    By the way for the base you have to find the volume of a circle. I divided the diameter by 2 to find the radius.

    and pi is 3.14
