A seamstress needs to cut 15inch pieces of ribbon from a rool of ribbon thats is 9 feet in lenght. What is the greatest number of 15inch pieces the seamstress can cut from 5 of rolls of ribbon?

    There are 108 inches in 9 feet but there are 5 so 108*5 = 540 so to get your answer you need to divide that by 15 which equals 36. so you can make 36 pieces
