Jacob rode to the library and back 3 times. From home to the library he rode on his bike for 3 1/4 miles. How many Miles did he ride? Write the equations.

    3 x 3.25 = 9.75 multipy 3 1/4 which equals 3.25 by the amount of times Jacob rode to the library and back which would be 3 and that is your equation
