Change the fraction 3 / (x + 9) to one having 2x^2 + 13x - 45 for its denominator.

    2x²+13x-45 = (x+9) (2x-5)

    3 / (x+9) = [3 (2x-5) ]/[ (x+9) (2x-5) ] = (6x-15) / (2x²+13x-45)
