    Area = length*width

    width=W

    W * (3W-4) = 615

    3W^2-4W=615

    3W^2-4W-615=0

    W=41

    W=-45

    But W cant be a negative number so it is 41m (width)

    The length is (41*3) - 4=119m (length)
