True of false? if you took a true "if then" statement and inserted a not in each clause, the new statement would also be true. A. True or B. False

    The answer for this question is true.

    In "if then" statement, if you insert a not in each clause then both clause will become negative. When both clauses became negative then it is still true. You can read this example:

    If I'm honest then I'm told the truth.

    If I'm not honest then I'm not told the truth.
