Because there's an even number of values in this set, there is two middle values rather than one (31 and 34). To find the median we need to add them together and divide the sum by 2 (31 + 34 = 65, 65/2 = 32.5) Our final answer is 32.5.

Okay to the median of a set of numbers you will have to Put all the numbers in numerical order. Then if there is an odd number of results, the median is the middle number. Then i f there is an even number of results, the median will be the mean of the two central numbers.

    1) you already have the numbers in order so your good here (14,18,31,34,44,50)

    2) there are a even number of numbers in this set so u can cross out #2

    3) your two middle numbers are 31 and 34 so these are ur median then you have to find the mean of the two numbers you will need to add them together then divide by 2 to get 31+34 / 2 = 32.5
