A flower shop normally orders 35 2/7 pounds of roses each week. The shop is planing on ordering five times as many pound of roses the week of Valentine's Day. How many pounds of roses should the order be?

    The answer is 176 3/7

    35 2/7x 5=

    247/7 x 5/1 =

    247x5 over 7x1=

    1235/7=

    176 3/7

    I converted it to an improper fraction to multiply and then converted it back into a mixed number.
