Tony has a vegetable garden that is 15 feet wide and 20 feet long. He planted corn in an area that is 5 feet wide and 15 feet long. What area of the the garden is not planted in corn?

A. 30 ft2

B. 110 ft2

    The answer is D. U multiply 15*20 and get the total area of the garden (300 sq ft). Then u multiply 15*5 and get the area of the part that is corn (75 sq ft). The u subtract 75 from 300 and get 225 ft.
