    540 sq inches would require a purchase of a 3rd gallon of paint to cover the final 40 sq inches

    a=l*w

    4 ft=48 in 48*7=336 sq in 7 in.

    30 times 18 = 540

    540/250=2.16

    so almost 2 gallons
