Two buses leave the same station, at the same time, traveling in the same direction. One bus is traveling at a rate of 32 miles per hour, while the second bus is traveling at a rate of 38 miles per hour. After how many hours will the two buses be 30 miles apart?

    The second bus is faster so bus 2 - bus 1 = distance between the two

    bus 2 = 38 mph

    bus 1 = 32 mph

    when will 38h-32h=30?

    6h=30

    /6 / 6

    h=5
