    2 1/4, because you have to divide 32 by 14 2/9 resulting in the the 14 2/9 to be 128/9 and then flipped, 9/128. Afterwards, cross out the the 32 and 128 since 32 is a factor of 128 to get 1 and 4. Then apply mutiplication 1/1 * 9/4 = 9/4 or 2 1/4
