Alright, let's see all the numbers!

    55,500

    55,053

    56,482

    55,592

The first thing we look for is the number to the left. All of these are 5, so that doesn't mark anything off. For the second number, we have one six, and that is more than five, so 56,482 > 55,500. For the third number, we have two remaining numbers

    55,500 is the goal

    55,053

    55,593

The third numbers are 5,0, and 5 respectively. Since 0 is less than 5, 55,500 > 55,053 and you have your answer!
