The sum of three consecutive integers is 21 larger than twice the smallest integer. find the integers.

    Let the integers be x-1, x, x+1.

    Given,

    x - 1 + x + x + 1 = 21 + 2 (x - 1)

    3x = 21 + 2x - 2

    x = 19

    Hence, the three integers are 18, 19 and 20.
