    190 miles = 58

    330 miles = 86

Since both have the fixed amount,

    330 - 190 miles = $ (86 - 58)

    140 miles = $28

    1 mile = $0.20

    To find the fixed cost:

    190 miles = 190 x 0.2 = $38

    $58 - $38 = $20

    f (x) = 20 + 0.2x
