10000 gallons ⇒ 16 fluid ounces

20000 gallons (this is 2 * 10000 gallons) ⇒ 16 * 2 = 32 fluid ounces

30000 gallons (this is 3 * 10000 gallons) ⇒ 16 * 3 = 48 fluid ounces
