A scale drawing of a building is one foot to 1/4 inch. What is the actual length of the building if the scale drawing shows that it is 13 1/2 inches long?

    So if the scale is 1/4 inch for every foot

    1 inch=4feet

    1/2 inch=2 feet

    13 inches=4*13=52

    1/2 inch=2 feet

    2+52=54 feet
