    Surface area of cylinder A = 2πr²+2πrh

    Surface area of cylinder B = 2π (4r) ²+2π (4r) (4h) = 16 * (2πr²) + 16 * (2πrh) =

    =16 (2πr²+2πrh) = 16 (Surface area of cylinder A)

Surface area of cylinder B=16 (Surface area of cylinder A).

    So

the surface area of Cylinder B is 16 times greater than the surface area of Cylinder A.
