    First we need to find where the 2 graphs intercept.

    x^2 + 3 = - (x^2 - 4x + 4) + 7

    x^2 + 3 = - x^2 + 4x + 3

    2x^2 - 4x = 0

    2x (x - 2)

    x = 0, 2. are x coordinates of the 2 intercepts.
