Hey there!
When you add or subtract fractions, you find the common denominator
Which is 15
Leave the whole numbers out
Multiply 2/3 by 5 = 10/15 and multiply 2/5 by 3 = 6/15
10/15+6/15 = 16/15 = 1 1/15
Now add the whole numbers
2+4+1 = 7 1/15
So your final answer is 7 1/15
