    L=22w (w=width, l=length)

    l*w=2626

    Substitute 22w for l, getting 22w^2=2626. Divide by 22 to get 119.36 (and more decimals!), and square root that to get 10.9 (rounded) for the width and 240.4 (rounded) for the length
