    7 1/10 tons I know this because 3 4/5 + 3 3/10 = equal 7 1/10

    3 3/10 is a half a ton less than 3 4/5 tons

    3 4/5 + (3 4/5 - 1/2) =

    19/5 + (19/5 - 1/2) =

    19/5 + (38/10 - 5/10) =

    19/5 + 33/10 =

    38/10 + 33/10 =

    71/10 which equals 7 1/10 tons <==
