1st method:

Factor 9, you will get 9 (x² - 6/9 x + 1/9). Or 9 (x² - 2/3 + 1/9)

but 9 (x² - 2/3 x + 1/9) this can be written as 9 (x - 1/3) ²

2nd method: Solve this quadratic equation by finding the zero values.

x' = [-b + √b² - 4ac] / 2a and x" = = [-b - √b² - 4ac] / 2a

a=9; b=-6; c=1, hence [6+√ (36 - (4) (9) ]/2 (9) = (6 - √0) / 18 x = 6/18 = 1/3

even x" = 1/3

and ax²+bx + c = a (x-x') (x-x") = 9 (x-1/3) ²
