The table shows the cost of renting an inner tube to use at the wave-a-rama water park. explain how to write an equation to represent the data in the table. then give the equation for the data table. (Input:2, 3 and 4 Output: $11, $16.50, and $22.)

    The equation would be: C = 5.5T, where C is the Cost and T is the number of tubes.

    If you divide all of the outputs by the inputs, you will get 5.5. That means it's a proportional relationship. Just multiply the number of tubes by 5.5 and you will have your cost.
