    Fix cost = $50

    Per child = $6.25

    Budget = $100

    Let x be the number of children

    50 + 6.25x ≤ 100

    6.25x ≤ 100 - 50

    6.25x ≤ 50

    x ≤ 50 : 6.25

    x ≤ 8

    She can invite at most 8 children to the party.
