Hello! So, the university accepts 70% of the 10,000! students that apply. 10,000 * 0.70 is 7,000. 35% of the 7,000 students that get accepted actually enroll. So now, we would have to do 7,000 * 0.35, which would give us 2,450. So 2,450 out of 10,000 students that apply to the university actually enroll. The answer is 2,450.

    2,450 students will actually enroll.

    10,000*0.7[70%]

    7,000 students accepted

    7,000*0.35[35%]

    2,450
