    Let x = width length = 5x - 10 (10 ft less than 5 times width) A = l * w A = (5x-10) * x 2640 = 5x2 - 10x 5x2 - 10x - 2640=0 divide by 5 x2 - 2x - 528 = 0 (x-24) (x+22) = 0 x-24=0 x=24 width (the other factor would give us a negative length) length = 5*24 - 10 length = 110
