    Easy, it says that 3/5 of an hour, so it means half of an hour. So, we need to find a common denominator. Since 3/5 is the half of the hour, do 5x2=10 the common denominator can be 10 or 100, in this case it's 10, remember whatever you do the the denominator you must do to the numerator! So 3x2=6. The answer is 6/10 or 0.6.
