40% of a nurse's time is spent dispensing medicine to patients. If 16 hours per week is spent dispending medicine, how many hours does the nurse work?

    40% = 16 hours

    Need to find 60%

    10% = 16 / 4

    = 4

    60% = 4 * 6

    = 24 hours

    Total hours = 24 + 16

    = 40
