    Let x is the smallest integer

    x+1 is the middle integer

    x+2 is the largest integer

    sum of smallest and five times the largest is 196

    x + 5 (x + 2) = 196

    x + 5x + 10 = 196

    6x + 10 = 196

    6x = 186

    x = 186/6

    x = 31

    x+1 = 31+1 = 32

    x+2 = 31+2 = 33

    proof:

    sum of smallest and five times the largest is 196

    x + 5 (x + 2) = 196

    31+5 (31+2) = 196

    31+5 (33) = 196

    31+165=196

    196=196 ... > true

    answer:

    3 consecutive integers are 31,32,33
