    Let's set the first angle as x, the second angle is then 4x, and the third angle is (x+4x) + 15, which is 5x+15

    the three angles make a sum of 180: x+4x + 5x+15=180

    10x=165

    x=16.5

    the second angle is 4x=4*16.5=66
