How to turn a repeating decimal into a fraction 0.1515?

    take the first 2 numbers and put them over 99

    so 0.151515 would become 15/99

    You would take the first two numbers of the decimals. 15 and move the decimal place two places to the left making it 15. Then to make it a fraction is would be 15/100.
