    A) 22

    4 (22) + 6

    88 + 6 = 94

    B) 23

    4 (23) + 6

    92 + 6 = 98

    C) 24

    4 (24) = 96

    96 + 6 = 102

So the answer is B because it is the highest value that can be put into the equation without raising the number to above 100
