If 65% of something is 112, what is 100%?

    100%-65%=35% you would multiply. 35 by 112 which is 42.7 then you would add 42.7 to 112 which is 164.7 and then you would just round it and get 164 and that would be your answer.

    Do this:

    65/100 = 112/x then cross multiply

    65x = 11,200, then divide by 65 on both sides of the equation

    x = roughly 172.3

    So the 100 % = about 172.3
