    This is the concept of application of trigonometry, to get the value of the angles of elevation we use the formula:

    tan theta=opposite/adjacent

    opposite=9.5 ft

    adjacent=29 ft

    tan theta=9.5/29

    thus:

    theta=tan^ (9.5/29)

    =18.14

    therefore the angle of elevation will be:

    angle L=18.14
