If the barn there are chickens to sheep the ratio is 12:7 if there are 49 sheep how many animals are in the barn?

    Answer is 84 chickens in barn

    You need to divide 49 and 7

    49/7 = 7

    so multiply 7 by 12

    12*7 = 84
