Multiply 120 by. 59 which is 70.8 but you cant have. 8 of a pencil so you round up to 71. To find the number of blue pencils received subtract 71 from 120 which is 49.

71 = Black

49 = Blue

59% of 120 is 70.8.

So to make an approximate number of pencils I would round up because it's over. 5.

I would say about 71 pencils are black.
