X + 3y = 3

B. 2y = - 3x + 5

2x - 3y = 4

    Option B

    when rearranged the two equations are;

    y = - 3/2x + 5/2 and y = 2/3x + 4

    they are perpendicular as the gradient are opposite each other - 3/2 is the negative and flipped version of 2/3
