    First term is - 3 a+9d=15

    -3+9d=15

    9d=15+3

    9d=18

    An=a1+d (n-1)

    given

    a1=-3

    so

    10th term is 15

    a10=-3+d (10-1) = 15

    -3+9d=15

    add 3

    9d=18

    divide 9

    d=2

    A is answer
