    Concentration = 7.5 mg/mL

    Dosage = 10 mg/kg

    For a patient of 187 lb = 187.*0.4536 lb*kg/lb = 84.82 kg

    Dose = 10 mg/kg * 84.82 kg / 7.5 mg/mL

    = 113.1 mL
