A packet of biscuits has a mass of 1 1/3 kg. Jason eats 2/5 of the packet. What is the mass of biscuits left?

    11 / 3 = 55 / 15;

    2 / 5 = 6 / 15;

    So. 11 / 3 - 2 / 5 = 55 / 15 - 6 / 15 = 49 / 15 = 3.26 kg is the mass of biscuits left.
