Stacey answered the problem below incorrectly

16.007 - 0.55 = 10.507

Describe what she might have done wrong, why her answer doesn't make sense and then solve the problem correctly!

    Hello! What she did wrong was that she probably didn't do a step right and it doesn't seem like she did any regrouping. You have to line the numbers up by place value and regroup, just like you do whole numbers. 16.007 - 0.55 is really 15.457. The thing is that she didn't subtract right and did no regrouping in the process.
