The hypotenuse of a 30 - 60 - 90 triangle measures 2 feet. how long is the short leg of this triangle?

    Just put to memory that the short leg of a 30 60 90 triangle = 1/2 the Hypotenuse. So if H=2, then x = 2/2 = 1.

    The longer leg is = short leg times Sqrt (3) = 1Sqrt (3) = Sqrt (3)
