    Width=3x

    length=x

    Area of a rectangle=length x width

    We have to solve the following equation.

    x (3x) = 1452

    3x²=1452

    x²=1452/3

    x²=484

    x=+√484=22

    length=x=22 feet

    width=3x=3 (22 feet) = 66 feet.

    Answer: the length of the field would be 66 feet.
